Steve Broyles – Principal Partner

Steve first came to Costa Rica in 1994 as a biology student with the University of California, San Diego. After graduating and working as a business consultant in San Diego, he and his wife spent a year exploring Central America before settling in the Tamarindo area where he worked with one of Tamarindo's largest realty offices. Seeking a more personalized, client-focused business approach, Steve and Brian launched Bratton Broyles & Associates. With eight years experience in the Tamarindo Real Estate market and fluency in Spanish, Steve seeks out hard-to-find investment opportunities for our clients. In his spare time Steve travels, surfs, and reads.

Brian Bratton – Principal Partner

Brian first came to Costa Rica in 1996 and has spent many years visiting the area, surfing, and doing business before moving to Tamarindo permanently from Atlanta, Georgia in 2004 with his wife Carrie. Since then, Brian has been very involved in the local real estate market both as an investor and broker on a myriad of deals. An entrepreneur at heart and in practice, Brian is always on the lookout for new opportunities for both the company and our investor partners. Additionally, Brian has served as the Chairman of the Surfrider Foundation of Tamarindo for over two years and has been responsible for many successful fundraisers and awareness campaigns to help keep the local beaches clean and safe. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1994 and is an avid surfer of over 20 years and an active outdoor enthusiast.
